As someone who came to this work through my career as a dance artist I throughly enjoy sharing this work with fellow performers and creators; treating actors, dancers, musicians, artists and creatives.

I am a huge advocate for supporting and understanding our body as a vital aspect of creative practice. It is one of the greatest gifts you can offer your art, work and self.
