How many sessions?

 

Within BCST we meet and work with the body at its own pace. The number of sessions therefore varies from person to person. Dependant on circumstance symptoms can ease after a couple of sessions. For more persistent or chronic conditions a series of regular sessions may be more beneficial.

In addition to treating specific conditions, BCST can also be used on an ongoing basis as a healthy resource for aiding your general well-being, energy and ability to navigate life ups and downs. Fortnightly/Monthly ‘maintenance’ sessions are often popular.

The course and regularity of treatments is ultimately up to you and we will discuss and track this regularly within sessions.
